Happy New years every one this week was good we had a great time with everything this week even though we had rain on monday we still had a good day worked hard we saw a couple people we had dinner with the Branch President and also wheile we were there i got a call from a guy who was looking for the missionarys in Fremont so i talked found out what he needed his daughter was on line talking with this guy and had been sharing some info about the church and so they wanted to get the missionarys over to see him so i got him the correct info he needed and followed up with the missionarys to make sure he had gotten hold of them and he had so then we finished our dinner and then we came home for the night.
Tuesday was followed by more rain all day luckly it didnt start freezing untill later in the evening but that morning we had gone to omaha to the trail center with one of our members sister Bruner and one of her friends Lee so we went and saw the Ginger bread House festifal which was cool to see our branch had a couple of them in it then we headed back to Blair and went Home teaching with Brother Klunzer and had a good time got in with one of his familys then tried another no luck and had to get back so we could got to dinner with the Lloyds had a good time there help him finish a little cooking and then after we ate we moved around there couches and tv adn stand then hooked up the suround sound for him carried a bed frame over to Sister Lloyds sisters apartment for them and then we visited and Blessed there apartment and headed home.
Wed- we had Zone Training in Omaha again so got up drove in had a good time learned a lot about how we need to build our faith by fasting and praying more often as a companion ship it was a great meeting though sure was nice to see a bunch of people i had not see in a while as well then i got a couple gifts from Elder Powells mom after we cleaned everything up i wished Elder Hansen a Happy Birthday and we all went to lunch at Jimmy Johns was nice then after that we drove up to the Trail Center to get a Mr. Kruggers Christmas for a refurral we had gotten luckally just got there as they were closing and got it. Then we helped carrie in a few things for the Colemans as they were all having a christmas party that night then we drove to Blair and went to Arlington to try our Refurral but no luck so we went back to blair and went to the Roadenbaughs for a Christmas eve Dinner and had a good time they gave both of us Ties then we cam home for the night.
Thur- we got up opened Gifts that was a blast then we cleaned up the mess we had made with rapping paper and everything else we had gotten into that morning and then we did Family Calls i called and we chatted for a bit then we had to leave for out Christmas Dinner with the Bryan family had some Great Deep Fried Turkey and Ham Potaoes and Corn and all the other fixings then they had a gift exchange and Sister Bryan made these sweet sleeping bag things for all here grandkids they were cool they had a pillow and arms attached the one was a lion and then we got given these sweet UFO's that flys but you controle it with your hand then we finished up with them stopped by a family on our way home then headed home our selfs for the night.
Fri- We went out to Help Brother Bryan with some work on his Bakery we put up some medal and things for his roof and framed around the chimney of his Oven then we headed back to change got dressed in Pross we went to see sister Golden a Older Lady who is Less Active and we visited played some card then we got a text from Joe and Danny asked us for come by they are some Non-Members they Had gotten us both Gillet Flex-Ball Razors for christmas and some Axe kits as well then we visited enjoyed there little party checked out his tractor he finally got put back together.
Sat- we were busy went to see John a Potential Investigator we had tracted into a week ago he was not home sadly so we went to find a ride to take us to Kennard so we could save us some miles but didnt get on so we drove out found the house we were looking for a lady that President Ward had asked us to See that week but she didnt answered so we tried calling the number we were given no luck there neither but we had a good time walking around the small town then we came back and helped a family home their daughter into her new apartment with her soon to be husband in January and they came to church we are going to start teaching him this week so things are good and for dinner i made some Spegetti with the sauce i was given for christmas it was good ending to the night.
Sun- went to our early moring Meeting and then stayed to save some miles we were begining to wonder if anyone would show up to church cause at a 15 till no one was there but they all showed up at abour 5 till adn slowly filled in as they showed up late good think sacrament was last other wise it would have been a sad sight but it was good Elder Benitez and i were both asked to speak as sacrament was begning so we quickly prepared and did well Benitez spoke on the Book Of Mormon and I spoke on Family Mission Plans so it was good then that night we had dinner with the Fullners and we had a good time we talked about building upon firm foundations and ways we can continue to do so it was good then we went to see a couple of Less Actives no luck they were not home the one we did see had a full house so he didnt want to visit then.
