Well this week was exciting I will try to get the most excitement out so here we go.
Tue- We had meeting in North Platte which was a day early so we were not aware that they changed the time for out meeting so we got a call asking were we were and we told them we were at home studying they told us the meeting started so we loaded up and left on our way but due to living in a different time zone we got there two hours late and missed it sadly but we did make it to our interview with the Mission President which was great had a wonderful time talking with him he help me out a lot after that we headed home.
we went out to key stone to help our friend kat to do a little cleaning she the day before was bit by a black widow spider and was not able to do a lot on her own but we got out there and loaded up our truck with a load to take to her storage shed.
Thur- we went out to Hersey were we met Bro. McConnell to do some service for we were going to pull some hot fence around some corn fields and we happened to pick the most perfect day to do so we only had a 80 MPH wind helping us work so nicely but we did end up getting two fields finished before he had to go to work for the rail road which was good.
Fri- was not as eventful we did end up taking dinner over to a less active members home and had a good visit with them but through that we were able to get some service for them for the Next day which was good.
Sat- Today was amazing we got up and went over to do some service where we put up the door on his shed behind there house after that he asked us if we would go over to the gun show in town and see what they were asking for 22 ammo so after he talked us into going we did and then we had to check out a couple other things while we were there and if they had not of been so expensive I may have been more tempted to buy ha-ha just playing that was fun we had some members there selling Freeze dried foods and other kitchen ware and her husband was selling ammo powder and holsters so we got to talk with them for a little while.
Sun- we had Branch Conference so you can all guess what a happened there we did have a pot luck after wards though and only brought home half this time but had a good time we also had a missionary return home this week from California to this Branch.
Now this all brings us to the most exciting thing to have happened to us this week so we did out usual thing since it was our P-day we when shopping and while we were leaving the parking lot we got in an ACCIDENT now no one was severely hurt and out vehicle was able to be driven away from the accident but I hope you are all doing well Love Elder Lott

January 13, 2013
Hello Sorry this week will not be like the rest not as crazy but still just as good.
Mon- P-day was kind of interesting we got a call from a lady asking if we could help her out with a few things so even thought it was our day off I said yes we could so she told us she would call us when she was ready for us to come out and help her so we went about doing what we can out here with suck a busy town it easy to find something to do but we went about nothing no call comes around to 4 we decide to go bowling she still had not called so we tried her nothing so just went later found out she was not able to do it and we rescheduled for later in the week.
Tuesday- we went out and cleaned out a small room so she could have a wall heater put in she actually lives in the original bank of Keystone its nuts but after we got done with that she told us the safe was jammed shut and it was going to cost her $1500.00 to have some company come get it opened so elder Pancheri my companion asked her if he could try it (he bought a safe right before he came out) so he tried it the next thing I know I catch a glimpse of the door opening out of the corner of my eye. Kat is what we call her so she see it freaks out calls everyone " THE SAFE DOOR IS OPEN!!!!!" tells pancheri that he wanst a preacher she would kiss him and wanted to give him $100 for opening it cause she had a reward for who ever could get it opend had for 2 years and over 50 people tried but no luck but then it did so that was the last thing we did had a good religious talk with her then came home.
Wed- We had our district meeting we went to after that we went out to McCook to have Exchanges which was fun I went with one elder the first night then the next went with the other elder had some good visits with them got to know some good familys.
Thur- we came home on our way we happened to see this park and in the park was this MASSIVE 5 twist slide so of course we had to flip around a try it out so we did and was fun did about 4 slides then left and elder pancheri felt sick as we left but I told him he was fine we got about 2 minutes down the road before we had to stop and he threw up which mad me laugh it was good the rest of the drive home was not as exciting as that though.
Fri/Sat/Sun
we tried to be able to meet with Greg and to watch finding faith in Christ but got there and he told us he was sleeping so we went to another LA to Visit them. we helped Kat again we helped her clean out one of her Co-workers house which was a reck to say the least but got that done after what seemed all day tried to make over to help another LA who asked us to help them but was not able to make it in time to help before she had to take her son to a birthday party but did talk with her husband while they were gone. sun we got to church and the branch pres. took the single adults to Kearny for a meeting and since the youth speaker was one I got asked to fill his place 5 minutes before the meeting but it all ended up working out so both Elder Pancheri and myself both gave talks in churh but it was really good did end up catching greg later that day and was able to watch the move with him but that's the sweet life of Elder Lott in Ogallala NE.

So this week has been a blast so much has happened and so many crazy things went on but so many great blessing came as well so here it goes so for new years eve we thought we would have lots of people out side who we of course would be able to take with right no wrong, there was no body out side at least not as many as we thought would be out so finally we went to visit a Less Active member who was having a party at his place he had like 10 people over and man were they hitting the liquor hard we got there and the LA only had 1 beer but his friends were having shots and chugging CAPTIN then they got into the fire works so the big plan was to throw fire crackers at each other fun right to watch yes luckily no injury's yet. then the big toys came out morters and that was quite the sight the one kid was holding tube above his head almost caught his pants on fire then with the last one he put it in the tube UPSIDE DOWN but didn't say anything we figured after we heard the boom and didn't see anything fly up then CO-BOOM it blew up like 10 feet in front of us our LA got hit in the face with a piece of the tube almost knocked him out was crazy. After that they were so wasted they put a fountain on his head and ran around for a minute. Then Derek he started offering us shots and beers we declined them but we did get to place 3 book of Mormans and he is coming to read with us now and he asks a lot of good questions about everything so we are making stride with him. We built some fence on Friday around a corn field for a non-member which was crazy with the weather out here one day its 58 the next 50 then 12 and snowing its crazy how the weather changes so much. We got taken to dinner by a guy who called us as he was coming through town we had a good time talking with him then as we were leaving the lady who was checking us out asked us about our badges (name tags) we told her then asked her if she would be interested in us coming over so we got her name and address and will be going to see her this week but we went Tracting in the freezing cold it was 4 degrees and with the wind chill it felt like -22 but we still had a good time with it. We got told a less active member broke her ankle the other day so we went to visit her and found out that she fell didn't brake her ankle but did after working half the day end up blacking out and had a concussion and did hurt her back but luckily work mans comp is paying for it which is good for her. But things are good I have set my self some great goals for this year to help me with the work, working hard everyday and looking for every opportunity to help everyone we see and meet Love Elder Lott

Hello the weeks been busy as I am sure everyone's weeks been filled full of travels and visits phone calls. But we got invited to some members homes Christmas Eve where we ate and they even included us in there white elephant gift exchange it was fun and gave the feeling of being home with my family but was nice seeing every ones just happy to be with each other then Christmas came and we when to the Branch Presidents Family party which was fun they were not members but we still had a great time this one was had a little more action which lead to a wrestling match which only lasted a short time but made us laugh and brought back great memories of past years they were great. We got fed well even got to try oyster soup which was good. We went on an exchange to broken bow which was fun we got there and like most times when guys get together we have to wrestle and everything was fine till I jumped in and well it must just happen well we ended up putting a hole in the wall of the apartment not quite as big as the one me and mike made haha oh the good times but it was good we met a few new people for the elders there to visit with and I got to try Gizzards there not probably going to have them anytime soon but was fun then Saturday was slow we just kinda had a ruff day we couldn't figure out were we were suppose to be or who we should see then after all day we finally found her Kat she works at Dennys we had a great time talking with her so we talked with her and we asked her if we would come by and help her some times and she said yes but you cant preach to me but we will see what happens we are going to help her clean some of her house should be good oh and the BEST thing of the week so yesterday we found out that brother Teter would be getting his priesthood restored and also his temple blessings it was a super wonderful thing we got to go with him so we went to Kearny and we even got to stand in when it happened up he is super excited its been a long time waiting for this moment and was such a wonderful moment to be there with him.
